Il y a quatre ans, j'ai découvert ma passion pour l'apiculture en débutant avec une seule ruche, juste au moment où la Covid-19 frappait le monde. Cette passion s'est rapidement amplifiée, me poussant à créer plusieurs ruchers : La Celle, Le Thoronet et Brégançon. Les premiers mois, j'ai appris sur le tas, en me familiarisant avec les abeilles et leur comportement. Aujourd'hui, consciente de l'importance de bien maîtriser cette pratique, je me forme de manière plus approfondie auprès de centres spécialisés et de confrères apiculteurs. Mon objectif est d'offrir le meilleur produit possible à mes clients, tout en respectant l'environnement et en préservant la santé de mes abeilles. Chaque récolte est un événement, et je suis fière de contribuer à la biodiversité par mon activité apicole.
